Our Mission The SPCA Laurentides-Labelle, a no-kill adoption center, gives a second chance at life to stray, abandoned and mistreated animals to the limit of its financial and physical capacities. Our vision Be the best no-kill adoption center in Quebec as well as become the model for educating the public as to sterilization to thus save more animals and contribute to changing the way of thinking and the laws regarding animal protection.
